"Scissors" cut the enemy FPV video link

A drone without a picture is not a weapon. "Scissors" find the enemy FPV video signal and cut it from the air — above the radio horizon, where no ground station reaches.

Who we are

SKYDEW interference is an engineering team from Lviv, Ukraine (SKYDEW INTERFERENCE SDI LLC). We build EW and signals-intelligence systems against the defining threat of this war — FPV drones.

Our systems don’t wait for test ranges: they already operate in the combat zone — from the airborne "Scissors" to the stationary SDI-360 complex — and integrate with battle-management systems.

Mission

Our work is about reducing risk to human life. For us the stakes are not abstract: systems are built against real threats and proven where they are needed.

  • Every system is tested in active operational environments, not simulations
  • The developers personally validate performance on-site
  • Continuously improved through feedback from operating units
“When failure is not theoretical, reliability is not optional”

Products

One principle — detect and suppress. Two forms: "Scissors" cover forces from the air, the SDI-360 complex holds a site perimeter on the ground.

Project "Scissors"

Airborne detection & suppression complex

"Scissors" move the detect-and-suppress loop into the air: a pair of directional-antenna modules works from a carrier, above the radio horizon — where ground stations cannot reach.

  • "SDRVIEW-AERO" — detection: directional antennas find and identify the enemy FPV video signal
  • "SDRSHADE-AERO" — suppression: directional jamming cuts the detected link, acting straight on the operator’s receiver
  • A clear Fresnel zone: from altitude the signal loses no energy to terrain and buildings — the same power jams several times farther
  • Mobility: the protective screen moves with your units

Why jam from the air?

jamming blocked ground EW station terrain / buildings video link works
Ground-based EW

Jamming runs into terrain and buildings and never reaches the operator's receiver — the enemy video link keeps working.

SDRSHADE-AERO on carrier line-of-sight operator loses video
"SDRSHADE-AERO" on a carrier

Line-of-sight from altitude: jamming acts directly on the operator's receiver antenna — the FPV loses combat ability.

"SDR-SHADE 360"

Omnidirectional wideband jamming station

"SDR-SHADE 360" jamming station

An omnidirectional 360° shield: jams FPV control and analog video links (excluding satellite) — standalone or in an EW network. The operator controls the station remotely from cover, via a secure web interface. Integration with battle-management systems is field-proven.

"SDR-VIEW 360"

Wideband analog-video detector

"SDR-VIEW 360" detector

The eyes of the complex: the detector catches a drone’s analog video signal and identifies the target — autonomously or within ELINT and EW complexes. Paired with "SDR-SHADE 360" it closes the SDI-360 loop: detected — suppressed.

Track record

We do not publish ranges or sortie results — exact figures go to authorized organizations on request. The public facts are simple: our systems are fielded by units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, officially tested by the General Staff, and proven in combat.
